Rally Sweden is now arranged in Umeå for the third successive year. The basic concept is unchanged but there are again some new stages and sections. However, the nature of the event is still unchanged, alternating between very straightforwardly fast sections and very twisty and technical forest tracks.

The Håkmark shakedown has remained from last year. It starts pretty fast and wide but proceeds onto forest roads – first quite fast but eventually very narrow, bumpy and even twisty at times. However, despite the rhythm and width changes, there are no junction turns.
